How do I contact The Orchards leasing office?

Where is The Orchards Apartment Community located?

The Orchards Apartment Community is conveniently located adjacent to Northeast Wisconsin Technical College campus at 2700 West Mason Dr. Green Bay, WI 53222.

What does my rent include?

One check pays it ALL! Your rent will include electricity, local television, water, sewer, trash and Internet.

Is parking available?

Yes, The Orchards Apartment Community will have our own dedicated parking area that will be for residents only.

What is individual leasing and why is that important to me?

An individual lease is a “per bed” lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry whether they’re going to pay on time!

What is the process for roommate matching?

If you’re looking for a roommate, fill out the roommate-matching questionnaire online when you sign your lease. We will use that information to match you to your future roommate. If you already have a roommate selected, we can help with that, too!

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, The Orchards will have plenty of places for you to wash and dry your clothing on-site.

Do you have a maintenance staff?

Yes, The Orchards will have a fully-qualified maintenance staff available for work orders and 24-hour emergency maintenance as well.

Do I have to be a student to live here?

Yes, we require that you are attending a local college in order to be a resident at The Orchards.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to one month of rent in the floor plan you choose.

How do I pay rent?

You’re welcome to pay at the leasing office during business hours by check or money order, or you can pay online after move-in.
